A CTU or Counter Display Unit is a compact branded display unit placed on a shop counter or checkout area. It holds products at eye level for the shopper standing at the counter, driving impulse purchase. CTUs are widely used in cosmetics, pharma, confectionery, and personal care retail.
Minimum order quantity is 300 units. For large format retail deployments, we can scale to 5,000 units and above.
An FSU or Floor Standing Unit is a branded freestanding display unit placed on the retail shop floor. It holds and displays products at eye level or below, driving impulse purchase and brand visibility in modern trade, general trade, and pharmacy outlets.
Yes. PET boxes can be printed with spot colours, full colour graphics, foil stamping, and masking. Full masking gives the box a frosted or opaque panel effect while retaining the transparent window area.
APET is virgin Amorphous PET offering maximum clarity and strength. RPET is made from recycled post-consumer PET waste, reducing environmental impact. RPET may have a very slight tint compared to APET but meets the sustainability requirements of brands with eco-commitments.
Yes. We manufacture custom foam inserts, paper pulp inserts, corrugated inserts, and thermoformed plastic inserts to hold products securely inside the box.
A rigid box is a non-collapsible premium packaging box made from thick greyboard, wrapped in printed paper, fabric, or specialty material. Unlike folding cartons, rigid boxes do not flatten and are used for luxury products, gifting, electronics, cosmetics, and high value retail packaging.

Yes. We manufacture packaging using recycled PET (rPET) with up to 70% recycled content. Our facility in Vasai is solar powered and we hold SEDEX certification. We also work with FSC certified paper substrates on request.

Our minimum order quantity is 15,000 units for most packaging formats including monocartons, folding cartons, and plastic boxes. For rigid boxes, the MOQ is 5,000 units. For export orders, the MOQ is 50,000 units.

Globe manufactures CTUs in corrugated board, sunpack sheet, acrylic, metal, and MDF. Corrugated and sunpack are cost effective for campaign use. Acrylic and metal are premium and reusable.

Yes. Corrugated and sunpack FSUs are typically supplied flat packed with assembly instructions. This reduces freight cost significantly, especially for pan India deployments. We can also engineer flat-packed metal FSUs
A corrugated FSU is lighter, lower cost, and ideal for single season or campaign use. A sunpack FSU is more rigid and durable, suitable for longer deployments. Metal and MDF FSUs are premium and reusable across multiple seasons.

We manufacture reverse tuck end, straight tuck end, auto bottom, snap lock bottom, and custom die cut styles in PET. Euro slot hang hole is available for peg display retail packaging.
We work with PET sheet from 250 micron to 500 micron depending on the box size, product weight, and structural requirement. 300 micron is the most commonly used thickness for retail packaging.

Standard lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from artwork approval and PO. For new clients with tooling requirements, allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for die making and sample approval.
Yes. We work to Pantone specifications and conduct colour verification during press approvals. Clients can attend press checks at our facility.
